1.     Can we make the schools more useful?

I think I can make the school more useful. The school now teaches students in a fixed frame. It is not a uniform education, but a school that can utilize the interests and specialties that students possess can provide a more useful school.

2.     What is more important: the actions of individuals or the environment that influences them?

I think the environment is more important. Behavior is based on the will of the individual. But it is the environment that affects its will. Humans live in adapting to the environment. If the environment changes, human behavior will also change.

3.     How do we shape our behavior because of others?

We are always conscious of the reactions of people around us. We avoid behaviors that they think are not right. This has the advantage of being able to have a socialization process on its own. But it has the disadvantage of losing its personality. Therefore, we sometimes need to ignore the perception of people around us.
