Extra posting: Question for graph shown in class

The OECD country is generally better equipped with welfare policies than Korea. Also, South Korea is a country that has developed economically fast. So, Currently, the nation's elderly people have higher rates of poverty because they can not afford to prepare for their old age. And the current 50 + generation in Korea was able to prepare for aging rather than the elderly generation. Therefore, the higher the number of elderly Koreans, the higher the poverty rate is.
