I compare South Korea ranked 47 with Iceland ranked 1^st. There wasn't much difference in overall coverage. However, South Korea showed a high figure over 3.0 at violent demonstrations, nuclear and heavy weapons, and neighboring countries relations; and South Korea showed a figure of 2.0 in weapons import, a figure of 1.8 in it’s export. However, the indices used on this site do not include all of the elements. So, I find it hard to assume that the rankings and the figures are perfect.
