A. Institutional support is needed to eliminate inequalities among women in the workplace. For example, there is clearly a salary difference between women and men doing the same thing with the same ability. This is clearly an inequitable part and should be eliminated through strong institutional enforcement. If we change from the system like this, people's perceptions will change as well, and gender inequality will be solved.
