Aging means getting older. Humans are also sociologically and biologically older. Being biologically aging refers to a change in the human body as time passes. Sociologically aging refers to changes in knowledge, habits, and thoughts acquired in life.
Human life is divided according to time; Infancy, Toddler, Childhood, Adolescence, Young adult, Prime adulthood, Middle age, Old age. Through Dividing lifespan, people can figure out what to do at certain times. People can learn it through people who have lived a certain period of time. And lifespan is divided with biological age.
Adults want to look younger than their age. So they try to hide their own age with cosmetic surgery or makeup and clothing. On the other hand, teenagers want to look older than their age. They want to grow up quickly.

I was intrigued by the various results of research that showed differently with age. I had never thought about the generation gap. Various results of research on the age in the document gave me the opportunity to think about the generation gap.

There is currently a system called the ' Wage Peak System ' in South Korea. It is a plan to reduce wages for older employees and hire more younger workers. But is this system really good? Isn't it discrimination against people with age?
