Q. How much impact on the society we can expect those trends to have?

(Trend : There will be fewer working-age adults to support each elder.)

: If this trend continues, there will be measures to create a job creation for elderly. The decrease in the number of people supporting the elderly is also reduced to support the elderly. Then, the elderly will endeavor to work voluntarily and the government will also help create jobs for the elderly in accordance with the trend.
