1.     Can we think of any examples how technology has changed our culture?

PC-related technologies have changed our communication culture. In the early days of communication using PC, they exchanged their opinions through email. But over time, technology developed. Through Skype, you can talk face to face with each other, and you can quickly share your thoughts through SNS.

2.     How has globalization changed our society?

Globalization has made the problems in each country not limited to those countries. Political problems in some countries affect other countries. In addition, natural problems can not be overlooked. Through globalization, many countries can discuss global issues such as global warming.

3.     Benefits of speaking English are clear. But can we think of any drawbacks?

English is currently the most used language in the world. So it is an advantage to speak English fluently. But this is taken as an advantage in the present situation. Society changes. No one can be sure that no language will replace English in the future. If you have a language to replace the English language and only speak English, fluent English is not an advantage. Also, English tends to be more important than native language. I think it is a mistake to be born as a citizen of one country and give more importance to the language of another country.
