I think we should change what we feel is currently being differentiated from each gender. First of all, in men perspective, the conscription system should be change into a volunteer system. This change can solve various problems besides gender equality. I also think that women should be assured of paternity leave. I believe that these two changes will greatly improve the gender equality.
