1.Summary
Historians are reluctant to find out the essential causes of war. One of the historians described the war as a traffic accident. There are several conditions and reasons that cause war, but they can not make accurate predictions.
Psychologists claim humans are essentially violent. They also suggest question why prolonged period of peace exists. Because if inate human mind was not be changed, this states would be contradiction. The logic whcich is adopted by military rulers is that peace does not exist. A peaceful period is just when a preparatory period of war or war is suppressed by a country with enormous power. If war is inevitable for human nature, there is little hope of escape. One alternative is that the total amount of leadership come into possesion of women. Because war is merely male activity. This theory played an important role in modern feminism. Of course there are exceptions like Margaret Thatcher.
Other psychologists argue that man's nature is likely to wage war, but war is occured only when mentally disturbed rulers control the nation.
Anthropography takes a very different view of the war. They believe that the war will disappear if the human society can reform. Almost every war begins with the whim caprice of the leader, not the public pressure, and the leaders struggle to acquire ideological legitimacy from public.
Social studies have been interested in the origin of war for a long time. There are thousands of theories and many of them are contradictory. None of the formulas that exist so far have successfully predicted the war.
The new approach to war is to focus on the role of information in the outbreak of war. The theory developed by international scholars argues that all wars are based on lack of information. If both sides knew how the outcome of the war was going to end, the loser would not start the war.
Another idea is that the war can be viewed as a derivative of economic competition. War begins with new markets, natural resources, and wealth. From the British Empire to Nazi Germany, this theory has been applied.
This economic theory also forms a part of the Marx's war theory, all wars are originated from war of class. The war is a plan of the Empire which seeks to strengthen the dominance of the ruling class and fight for artificial ideals (nationalism, religion).
2.Interesting
It is very interesting that men are the main cause of war. War involves many factors. Whether it is an economic cause or political cause, a long-standing conflict between ethnics. But at the end of the day there must be a few people declaring war. And they are mostly male. They believe that violence should be accompanied in order to resolve the previously stated conflicts. And also male said war may lead to glory and honor, they put people into the war. Scholars say that is a man's innate temperament. Men cause the war while they oppose the war. They clear that war is inhumane thing but it is for glory. They are contradictory. However, men oppose strongly to women sitting on the leader's seat instead of male.
Because women's political abilities are behind men. Males who ruin the nation and hurt many people by war oppose women leader. Due to they are lack of leadership.
3.Discussion
War rapidly dresses up technology and economy. Now, the brilliant results of German science are mostly discovered during World War II. Also the war balances each country's economic equilibrium. Japan achieved economic growth by making profits during the Korean War. Funcitonally, warfare may be the most efficient way to development. What do you think about this?
I don't agree with some parts of your opinion. In particular, I think that the idea that war balances the economies of the countries is only for the victors of the war. As you mentioned, Japan had enourmous economic power by invading Korea, which is comparable to that of the Western powers, but I think that Japan's invasion limits Korea's economic development. (Although some people say Korea's development has been achieved because of Japan's invasion!)
