Race is rooted in physical and biological classifications, such as skin and facial characteristics. Also, racial identity is a cultural identity shared by humans in one community. However, there are racial differences and racism among them. Racism is discrimination against human rights and is an affront.
Such racism can usually be occurred out in personal or structural places through such as skin color. Personal racism is a mutual discrimination when individuals interact each other. This discrimination affects children's ethnic stereotypes. Structural racism is a form of discrimination embedded in the system of social systems for example, South Africa's  apartheid. There are many racial discrimination, but mainstream is a personal racism and structural racism.

I was thought racsm is  only exist personal racism, but it was very interesting that  structural racism, cultural racism, and historical racism is also exist. It was also interesting interracial marriages were illegal until 1967, and that law was abolished by the Civil Liberty Union.

I think structural racism can not help the development of social development, but rather undermines economic growth. How do companies and governments work to improve these structural segregation efforts?
