Race is rooted in physical and biological
classifications, such as skin and facial characteristics. Also, racial identity
is a cultural identity shared by humans in one community. However, there are
racial differences and racism among them. Racism is discrimination against
human rights and is an affront.
Such racism can usually be occurred out in
personal or structural places through such as skin color. Personal racism is a
mutual discrimination when individuals interact each other. This discrimination
affects children's ethnic stereotypes. Structural racism is a form of
discrimination embedded in the system of social systems for example, South
Africa's apartheid. There are many racial
discrimination, but mainstream is a personal racism and structural racism.

I was thought racsm is only exist personal racism, but it was very
interesting that structural racism,
cultural racism, and historical racism is also exist. It was also interesting interracial
marriages were illegal until 1967, and that law was abolished by the Civil
Liberty Union.
3)
I think structural racism can not help the
development of social development, but rather undermines economic growth. How
do companies and governments work to improve these structural segregation
efforts?
