Q. How could we try to explain the gender inequality? (Non-expert managers proportion of females is higher than expert managers proportion of females)

This graph shows that women are being discriminated against. Women often need to rest their jobs because of pregnancy and childcare. But corporations do not understand it at work, and they employ women as non-expert managers rather than expert managers. So we can find out that corporation just pursue profit of their company, and they didn’t try to be considerate women.
