Q. How could we try to explain the gender
inequality? (Expert managers/Non-expert managers)
The reason why women have a higher ratio of non-regular workers than
regular workers is that it is childbirth and childcare. Childbirth should be
blessed and should be fully taken into account in corporate and social aspects.
However, in the reality of Korean society, since the profit of the corporation
is given priority, they do not choose women as regular employees. Therefore the
following phenomenon occurs.
