Q. What toys are marketed for boys, and what for girls?
What do we learn through playing with gendered toys?
A. Boys are marketing with dolls that emphasize strength like robots, and girls are marketing dolls like a Barbie doll as a whopping, make-up and cute doll. Through these things, children learn femininity and masculinity from their early childhood, and later they turn into gender stereotypes. This can lead to gender discrimination.
