1.Summary
Conflict theory suggests that conflicts result from human interaction. Such conflicts and changes in society are normal and inevitable in society, and competition for scarce resources takes place in every community. Furthermore, the inequality in power and reward is embedded in all social structures and various inequalities occur depending on the amount of resources. And as a result, there is a revolution in the outcome of conflict and conflict. Social conflict theory argues that conflicts among groups occupying different socioeconomic positions in the same society are a class conflict. The group competes to control economic, political and social resources. And the collection of beliefs justifying social consensus is called ideology. Also, it is said that opposing social norms are a deviation from the prevailing social norms, and the proletariat, who does not possess the resources, lands or tools that are used to produce the goods, is described as proletarian. The anti-owned bourgeois classes are the bourgeois classes. Thus, the economic system, including the creation of goods or services for personal ownership and the creation of goods, appears as capitalism. And as civilization transforms from rural communities to industrial communities, social classes based on wealth, power and prestige appear. In modern times, this is reflected in social stratification. In modern times, conflict theories exist not only for social stratification but also for wealth and influence, drug abuse and crime.

2.What was the most interesting thing you have read?
It was very interesting that various social scientists talked about conflict theory. First of all, friction in conflict found that conflicts arose mainly in conflict with industrial class conflict and socioeconomic sectors.  Weber suggested that power, prestige and wealth were added to social conflicts and such conflicts were discovered in every aspect of society. According to Mills, one of the consequences of conflict among people with competing interests and resources is the creation of social structure. And according to the theory of women's impact, women who are historically overwhelmed are struggling to gain equal access to men's power and resources. According to deformalism, more powerful nations have spread throughout the world to increase the wealth. Finally, according to the global system theory, each nation competes against each other for positions, wealth, and technology.

3.Dicussion question
Can inequality Really Be Social Function? What are the pros and cons of functional theory and conflict theory? And what is more appropriate for society in terms of function theory and conflict theory?
