1. Summary
There is the main idea which consists conflict theory. That is the idea that our society has limited resources but people want that resources more than they existed, and that is the reason conflicts happen.
There are few keywords which commonly used in conflict theory. Following words are that: class conflict, ideology, social class, deviance, proletariat, Bourgeoisie, capitalism.  We can find the emergence of the fundamental idea of conflict theory in ancient Chinese philosophers taught. They believe that men only can be controlled through punishment. Karl Marx is the man who developed the socio-political theory of Marxism. He believes that conflicts are based on the conflict between classes. He is also commonly considered as the father of conflict theory. Mills is also contributed to conflict theory. In his idea, social structure was created by competition between people.

2, 3. interesting points and discussion point
This article suggests modern examples of conflict theory in 3. which is social stratification, wealth and power inequality, and drug abuse and crime. All of three were interesting, but the explanation about third one was most interested in me. It says that people who support conflict theory argue that criminal justice in this era is designed to give benefit to the upper classes. And it gives the example of drug criminals and economic criminals. Economic criminals treated much more gently with laws. I think it makes sense.
Because I've seen lots of economic criminals are pardoned as special envoy in Korea. People who did economic crimes don't get the sentence as much they supposed to get, and also they easily get envoyed. Do you agree with this idea that powerful people get lots beneficial in the legal system? If you do, why is that?
