Q. Is modern democracy really "the will of the people?"
I think the will of people is partially mixed in modern democracy. In modern society minority that have authority such as member of the national assembly, big businessman. So we live in modern
democracy society that they control, but or will is not perfectly ignored by government.
We protest through assembly or make internet public opinion, government accept it and change things little bit.
