1. Reinforcement theory is the theory that environmental impacts increase or weaken the tendency for people to respond in the same way when faced with the same situation or environment.

If socialization agency has a problem for
instance suicide and violence, then can we say that the agency doesn't operate
properly?
My opinion
I think we can say the agency doesn't operate properly and also say that the agency operate properly but people who suicide or are hit have a problem. The military is one of the representative socialization agency. And it also symbolizes violence and absurd in Korea. We know violence and suicide happen annually in military. We also know the crime(violence, suicide problem) is caused by military's culture. But we sometimes said people who are victim have problems.
Why do we said two dimensions?
Is the socialization system wrong?
Are People who are victims wrong?
Are two factors wrong?

I would like to say that the military culture is wrong rather than the military system. The “SYSTEM” and “CULTURE” of the military are different. There are two reasons of military’s suicide. One of the biggest reasons for suicide in the military is that the system cannot get out of it. The other reason, it is a violent culture that happens in military. But the problem with the system that “Cannot go out” is the military character itself. But violent culture is made by individuals. I think your questions should distinguish system, culture, and victim. If so, I think it is a matter of culture rather than a system and victim problem.
