What are the manifest and latent(dys) functions of going to school?

School's manifest function is of course educating people that can be helpful for society such as mathematics, language etc. And latent function is school can make small society so people can learn about how to live in society, they can get socialization from school.

But dysfunction in school is existing too, that is there will be bullying in this small society, social failure can be occur in this small society.
And school provide coherent education all students, so it can ignore student's personalities and talents.
