A : I want to talk about the dysfunctions of school. First, I think the typical function of the shcool is education itself. But now the purpose of education in our society is shifted. It means education has become a means of getting a job rather than leargning. In addition, in my opinion, the additional function of the school is a rehearsal exercise before the full-scale society. However, in this aspect, it seems that the competition structure becomes serious rather than leargning cooperation. Even if you do a team project during class time, it is common to feel uncomfortable and competitiveness in it.
