Q. What are the manifesto and latent (dys)functions of going to school?
A. My answer to that question is, to make or to raise good workers. Living on earth as a human, we can't separate ourselves to the labor. Without money, we can't buy foods, we can't live in a proper house. Therefore to live, we have to work. Unless you come into an estate from your parents. Labor has become taking a huge part of lives. Countries and companies obviously need labors but compared to the old days, these day's job is needed a highly educated person to perform jobs. So I think school performs the role of making good workers that society needs.
