We have to solve this problem because population is the most basic foundation for the growth and maintenance of the nation. Low birth rates are due to high education costs, increased women's social advancement, and increased non-regular workers. In order to cope with low fertility, it is necessary to reduce the burden from marriage and childbirth to raising and educating children and independence through employment and marriage.
