I think sociologists need a lot of methods like researching, questioning and experimenting in researching social phenomena and certain fields. So where does all the costs in this process come from?
Of course, it is supported by public institutions such as national or national universities. However, I am wondering how the limitations will be solved if scholars do not receive support.

If a sociologist belongs to a group, it is likely that the group will support it. If a sociologist is not part of any place, he or she should pursue research with his own funds. I think that if the study is socially meaningful, it will receive compensation from society.
